Joining Our Practice

Our practices are now closed. 

We recommend that all individuals without physicians to register for Health Care Connect.

You can register with Health Care Connect online at https://www.ontario.ca/page/find-family-doctor-or-nurse-practitioner, or register by phone at 1-800-445-1822, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. 

Each family or individual will have one primary physician at Napanee Family Physicians, however Drs. Glatt and Moynes work closely together. To ensure continuity of care for all our patients our physicians provide coverage for each other when they are working at the Hospital or attending to other commitments.
