Medication Renewal Policy
We have had a large number of last minute medication renewal requests. Please review our policy by clicking the link below.
Medication renewal appointments are considered non-urgent and may booked as long as 4-6 weeks in the future. Ensure that you are contacting the office well in advance of running out of medications.
If you are critically low on a medication please contact your pharmacist to get an extension until your appointment date.
Urgent medication refills without an appointment is a non-insured service and will result in a fee to the patient.
No show/Late Arrival Policy.
Our expectation is you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 50% late into a standard 15 minute appointment, or 10 minutes late for a 30 minute your appointment you will not be seen and charged a no show fee. Please cancel appointments with 1 business days notice so other patients can be given these appointments to reduce wait times. This applies to all providers in our office.
Missed appointments, late arrivals or appointments cancelled with less than 1 business day may be charged a no show fee of $120 for 15 minute appointments or $219.35 for a 30 minute appointment, plus HST when applicable.
