Medication renewal appointments are considered non-urgent and may booked as long as 4-6 weeks in the future. Ensure that you are contacting the office well in advance of running out of medications.
If you are critically low on a medication please contact your pharmacist to get an extension until your appointment date.
Urgent medication refills without an appointment is a non-insured service and will result in a fee to the patient.

Dear patients,
As you likely know the the COVID-19 Pandemic has changed many aspects of our daily lives.
1. Please get vaccinated. Information for clinics in our area can be found at the link below. We currently do not have any COVID 19 vaccines in our office. Eligibility for fourth doses can be determined in the link before.
https://www.kflaph.ca/en/healthy-living/covid-19-vaccine.aspx
2. Most appointments will be done in person. Often you will require a phone appointment first prior to in person appointment depending on the issue.
For in-person appointments you must come to the office with your own mask if you have symptoms of COVID 19.
3. When attending appointments in person, we ask that you bring a maximum of 1 other person with you to limit the number of individuals in the office.
4. If you are feeling ill, you may complete this online symptom checker: https://covid-19.ontario.ca/self-assessment/
- Self-isolate if you are unwell
- If you have covid 19 symptoms please inform our office ahead of your appointment so we can use appropriate protective equipment
Given the current pandemic Drs. Glatt and Moynes may be required to assist critical medical services including additional shifts at LACGH. This may result in last minute cancellations of your scheduled appointments. We appreciate your understanding.
